Step 2 

Identify the level of third-party involvement from inspection of Annex ZA of the relevant hEN. Refer to Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 Annex V or Regulation (EU) No 2024/3110 compliance requirements.

Note: The AVCP level/levels are given in Annex ZA of each hEN. Several products are assigned with more than one level of AVCP. In the example above, see EN 771-3 “Specification for Masonry units Part 3: aggregate concrete masonry units (dense and lightweight aggregates)”, the AVCP level is shown highlights the tasks required by the manufacturer and notified body under system 2+

Check the legitimate third parties associated with the relevant standard
